Moreda Riviere Trefilerías (MRT) presents three new accessories for gates: the Hydraulic Gate Closer, the Triangular Cylinder Set and the Gate Hold-back Catch.

The hydraulic gate closer is indicated for MRT Plus/Pro and Hércules® swing doors (left or right opening) with a width less than or equal to 1.5m and a weight less than or equal to 150 kg.

This is an aesthetic 180° gate closer with direct attachment to the hinge. It has an aesthetic and compact design in silver.

In addition, it has an automatic closure and adjustable final blow. The closing speed is insensitive to temperature variations.

Includes a scratch and corrosion resistant anodized aluminum housing. And it does not require any type of maintenance (no lubrication or oil changes).

Its installation is even faster thanks to the pre-assembled integrated tension. Direct mounting is possible on 180° hinges. And drill templates are included for easy assembly.

The triangular cylinder set is a symmetrical triangular stainless steel European cylinder, which allows each Locinox® lock to be equipped with a triangular key. It is available for MRT Plus/Pro and Hércules® swing gates. And it can replace all European 54 and 60mm cylinders.

Assembly is easy, whether on a new or used system. And there are 3 different models (T11, T14 and T17) for 11mm, 14mm and 17mm keys respectively.

The aluminum gate hold-back catch is pre-assembled with the hook facing up, but is adjustable and reversible downwards. Can be used with MRT swing gates (except ECO and Residential). With door profiles from 40 mm to 60 mm.

Rubber and hook made of polyamide prevent damage to the gate. The aluminum casing is powder coated in silver.

MRT introduces its new knotted stock fencing, the XK MRT

Moreda Riviere Trefilerías, the leading enclosure manufacturer in Spain and one of the benchmarks in Europe, launches its new knotted mesh on the market, the XK MRT. This mesh is distinguished by its X-shaped knot, which is not only discreet but also extra strong.

The XK MRT is used to contain animals in various areas: on livestock farms with sheep, goats, cows, etc.; It is also placed in hunting grounds (deer); in delimiting roads, thus preventing the passage of animals such as badgers; in agriculture (wild boars)…

The XK MRT mesh is highly valued in the equine field for the shape of its knot, since it has no edges and thus does not damage the animals’ skin.

Another specificity of the XK MRT mesh is the option of including a range of hinge knots, in order to fold it effortlessly and not have to dig the ground to bury part of it, and prevent the passage of animals such as wild boar. Indeed, after bending it at the level of the hinge knots, it is enough to fix it to the ground.

Depending on requirements, meshes can be progressive (increasing horizontal wires distribution) or non-progressive (fixed mesh).

The XK MRT mesh is manufactured according to the EN10223-5 standard, with high-resistance transverse wires that increase strength against impact. As for the galvanizing, it is reinforced, class A according to EN10244-2, which increases its durability. ZnAl (an alloy made up of 95% zinc and 5% aluminum) and ECOVER coatings are also offered as options, which triple the useful life of the mesh.

With this new XK MRT mesh, Moreda Riviere Trefilerías completes its proposal of knotted meshes, adding it to the HJ MRT (hinge-type knot), and the FK MRT (fixed knot mesh), already recognized as a guarantee of quality in the professional market .
